I went to high school with Justin and always remembered him as this goofy guy with a big heart. Every time I saw him, he was full of smiles and in high spirits. It was so nostalgic and relieving to see that he still possesses the same great qualities nearly 10 years later. Upon meeting Kristen, I knew we were going to have a great time. He and Kristen complemented each other so well and made our shooting time such a breeze.
It was nice to get out of the city and be close to nature for the day. The weather was perfect with blue skies and the air was turning crisp as we moved toward autumn. We drove up to Point Reyes and braved the one-lane roads towards the beach. I *finally* had the opportunity to visit the Cypres Tree Tunnel and was very impressed with the photos we were able to snag there.
Towards the end of the afternoon, it was the perfect glow for our sunset beach photos. The timing couldn’t have been better with the sun dipping below the horizon just as we wrapped up our last shot. It felt so good to catch up with Justin and I cannot wait to capture Kristen’s beauty for their wedding in June!
